Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from My Profile → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Subscriptions are non-refundable; we don't issue partial or pro-rated refunds.
What happens to my resume?
Your resume is stored in a private bucket only your account can read, and the text is sent to the AI model solely to tailor it to the job you pick. You can delete every resume and every tailoring run from My Profile at any time. We never sell or share it.
Do I need Premium to apply?
No. Every job on Working Async links straight to the employer's application page, free, forever. Premium is for people actively searching who want to move faster: alerts, a saved list, a 24-hour head start and a resume written for the role.
How fast are instant alerts?
Within the hour of a match. Employers publish on their own schedules and we sync their boards daily, so some days your alert will be quiet. We only email when a job actually matches — never a filler digest.
Will the AI invent things on my resume?
It is instructed never to add experience, employers, dates or metrics that aren't already on your resume, and to list missing skills as gaps instead of inventing them. Every rewritten bullet is shown next to your original so you can check it.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your saved jobs and alerts are kept but paused. Resume runs stop. Renew at any time and everything picks up where it left off.
