Working Async Premium

AI resume editor

Edit your resume with plain-language instructions, preview every change, and save or download the result. Built on our async rubric and strict about one thing: it never invents anything you didn't do.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your resume once

PDF or .docx, up to 2 MB, up to ten on file. We extract the text at upload and keep the file in a private bucket only your account can read.

  2. 2

Tell it what to change, in plain language

"Lead every bullet with the outcome." "Cut it to one page." "Make the summary read senior." Each instruction is applied to the whole resume and you see the result before anything is saved. Undo if you don't like it.

  3. 3

Tailor it to a specific job

Beside every listing on Working Async there is a panel that rewrites your resume for that posting: a job-fit score before and after tailoring, a few points explaining it, and the gaps the posting asks for. A separate button drafts the cover letter, which you can read before downloading.

  4. 4

    Save or download

Save a version as a new resume on file, or export .docx / PDF from a clean single-column template. Your original file is never modified.

What it will never do

  • It never invents experience, employers, dates, degrees, tools or metrics. Every fact in the output is already on your resume.
  • It only rewrites what is there: sharper wording, outcomes first, and the async evidence you already have (writing, documentation, cross-timezone work, ownership) brought forward.
  • Skills the job wants that you don't have go in a gap list, never onto the resume. You decide how to address them.
  • Every rewritten bullet is shown next to your original so you can check it line by line.

The async part of the score follows the Working Async policy rubric.

Questions

What does the score mean?

It rates how well your resume suits that specific job, 0 to 100: the skills and experience the posting asks for, the level of the role, and the async working style it needs (written-first communication, self-direction, distributed-team experience). You get two numbers, one for your resume as uploaded and one for the tailored version, with a few bullet points explaining them. Under 40 means little relevant evidence; 85 and up is a strong match.

Which model does it use, and what does it see?

Anthropic's Claude. For each run it receives the job posting and the extracted text of the resume you picked, nothing else. Your resume is not used to train models and is never shared with employers.

How many runs do I get?

Premium includes 20 AI runs a month, resetting on the 1st. Applying an instruction, tailoring to a job and generating a cover letter each count as one run. A run that fails for any reason is not counted.

Can I delete my resume?

Yes, any time from My Profile: one resume and every run made from it, or all resume data at once. Deleting your account removes everything too.
